George and Clive first meet with the homebuyer to pinpoint their vision, working with them from the blueprint stage to the start of construction. Your perfect interior home design is attained with the talents of our in-house designer.
Every one of our clients is assigned an experienced superintendent. These building professionals are hand-picked by George and Clive for their professionalism and expertise and trained in the “Westminster Way” of project management and customer service. This “single-point-of-contact” approach is a distinct advantage for Westminster and our customers to ensure each home is completed on time, within budget, and meets Westminster’s stringent quality standards. Every project we undertake is backed by a comprehensive one-year warranty and all warranty issues are addressed in house to better serve our homebuyers.
